ZugeVape Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with ZugeVape. Please carefully read our refund policy:
1. Refund Request Within 24 Hours:
You can request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Refund Request After 24 Hours:
Orders placed after 24 hours cannot receive a full refund. At this stage, the package is usually prepared and dispatched to customs, making a full refund no longer possible.
3. Partial Refund for Late Requests:
For refund requests made after 24 hours, we can only offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount. This is due to the costs incurred when recalling the package from customs.
4. No Refund After Shipment:
Once the package has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, no refund requests will be accepted.
5. Insurance and Customs Issues:
All parcels shipped from our China warehouse to EU countries are insured. If a parcel is detained by customs and not released, we will resend it or provide a full refund. Please note that insurance only applies to parcels shipped from our China warehouse to EU countries.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues:
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other customer-related issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
7. Refund Processing Fee:
If an order is cancelled due to the customer’s own reasons, the customer will be responsible for the refund processing fee.
